Caring Hands is a dedicated home care service serving Doncaster, led by two passionate professionals, Nikki and Donna. We bring warmth, experience, and a personal touch to every client. With over 15 years of combined experience in care, our mission is to help people remain independent, safe, and happy in their own homes.
Donna has dedicated much of her life to caring for others, beginning her journey as a childcarer at the young age of 10. With extensive experience working for a premium care agency, she has developed a reputation for delivering five-star care and ensuring her clients can continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes in Doncaster.
Donna is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in her community. She not only provides exceptional care but also runs a community organization dedicated to supporting lonely adults, helping them feel connected and valued.
In her spare time, Donna is devoted to her family, striving to be the best mum and wife she can be. She cherishes moments spent with her loved ones and brings the same warmth and dedication to her personal life as she does to her professional role.
With 15 years of experience in care, Nikki began her journey caring for her grandparents before working with an agency in the community. She spent over two years on a hospital ward, where she earned her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Nikki has now returned to community care, where her passion lies.
Nikki finds fulfillment in making a difference in people’s lives, helping them remain as independent as possible in their own homes. She enjoys listening to their stories, learning about their past jobs, and hearing about their holidays.
Outside of work, Nikki is a devoted mum and wife who loves spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, and reading whenever she gets the chance.
Donna from Caring Hands has been visiting mum for almost a year. Her kind and considerate manner has enabled her to build a trusting professional relationship to meet her individual and developing needs. Donna is flexible and reliable, putting her clients first always. She communicates with the family in a supportive and empathetic way. Donna has enabled mum to live as independently as possible in her own home despite ongoing health and age related problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Caring Hands.
The team at Caring Hands have been amazing with my lovely mum. Not only do they take care of the day to day things, making meals, personal care, along with many other things. They also really CARE for my mum. Listening to what she wants and needs, taking the time to chat and interact so lovely with her.
